This index table uses a built-in master plate to enable efficient and high-accuracy indexing which divides a work piece into 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 equal parts through a simple operation.
● Streamlined design
This index table has been designed for all kinds of milling and drilling machines and can be used horizontally and vertically. The minimum readout is 10 seconds.
● Assembled using bearings
This index table uses hollow roller bearings in the spindle rotation that guarantees speedy and highly accurate operation, as well as extremely high rigidity.
● Angle indexing
This index table uses an ultrahigh accuracy worm wheel and a spindle that had been proccessed with hardening, grinding, and sub-zero treatment to beable to perform high-accuracy indexing.
